			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-503" title="Split-Piazza" src="http://www.boligkroatien.dk/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/Split-Piazza-300x225.jpg" alt="Split-Piazza" width="300" height="225" />I følge avisen Vecernji list, er ca. 40 % af Kroatiens ejendomsmæglere bukket under igennem de sidste 18 måneder, pga. manglende salg.</p>
<p>På et netop afholdt forum for ejendomsmæglere, blev der diskuteret hvad de enkelte ejendomsmæglere kan gøre for at komme igennem krisen, hvilket der umiddelbart ikke blev fundet nogen løsning paa. Et bevis på at krisen stikker dybt, var at en del af de medlemmer som var med til at grundlægge forummet i sin tid, ikke deltog i dette det 14 ejendomsmægler forum da de har måttet lukke deres forretning inden for de sidste 18 måneder.<span id="more-502"></span></p>
<p>En yderligere grund som har været med til at reducere antallet af ejendomsmæglere, er en ny lov som kræver at ejendomsmæglerne har licens, hvilket i princippet vil sige at der i en ejendomsmægler forretning skal være mindst en eksamineret ejendomsmægler.</p>
<p>Ifølge officielle tal er der ca. 750 firmaer i ejendomsmægler branchen, formanden for den Kroatiske ejendomsmægler forening, Dubravko Ranilovic, mener ikke at disse tal er realistiske, han tror at det reelle tal er omkring 300 firmaer, hvilket er en reduktion på 40 % i forhold til 2007 hvor der var ca. 500 aktive firmaer.</p>
